Tape Stretching Line
Our Tape Stretching Line with cheese winders can produce an output of 3600 MPA. Denier ranging from 450-2250 D to any Pantone colour shade. 2 - 5mm tape width GPD of 4.25 – 5.75
Weaving Machines
The circular weaving machines (i.e. looms) capable to weave the range of tapes produced from the tape line can produce fabric from 15” (38cm) to 78” (200cm) 6 shuttle looms for 15” – 32” fabric in 10x10 to 14x14 mesh 6 shuttle wider for looms 36” – 52” fabric in 10x10 to 14x14 mesh 8 shuttles looms for 55” – 78” in fabric 10x10 to 14x14 mesh 6 shuttles ventilated Leno looms for 15” – 32” in 4x4 to 8x8 mesh Flat Narrow Belt Webbing Looms 0.40” (1cm) – 4.00” (10cm)
Webbing Machines
We are having 28 Heads of Webbing Machine which can view webbing from 6 MM to 90 MM and from 60 KGF strength to 3000 KGF Strength in different Weaving Patterns as per the requirements of Bags.
Cutting Machine
Auto cutting for fabric & belt: 100 - 500 GSM Fabric and 1000 GSM Belts. Heat Cutting Tables: 45 - 200 GSM Fabric.
Printing Machine
1/2/3/4 Colour Flexo Drum Printing M/c.
Stitching Machine

Bale Machine

Installed adequate power supply and backup options for uninterrupted production. 600 KVA DG Set in case of power cut. Voltage stabilizer to control power fluctuations.
